Self-Care During Quarantine

During this difficult time it can be hard to keep track of your personal health. Especially if you have to worry about school work or supplies. Although school work is important, your health is just as significant. There should always be a balance between your work life and personal life. Here are some simple ways to practice self care while we’re in quarantine.

  1. Watch a movie or your favorite TV show.
  2. Listen to your favorite band.
  3. Make your bed / clean your room.
  4. Drink plenty of water, and don’t forget to eat.
  5. Draw or paint a picture.
  6. Go for a walk.
  7. Read a good book.
  8. Get 8 hours of sleep
  9. Brush your teeth 2x a day.
  10. Write about how you’re feeling.
  11. Try to cook or bake something.
  12. Try a face mask or skin care routine.
  13. Try not to overthink things.
  14. If you can’t stay focused, take a break.
  15. Stretch your muscles to relieve tension or stress.
  16.  Try a new hobby.
  17. Get in shape.
  18. Cut off toxic people.
  19. Spend a day without your phone.
  20. Spend time with your family.

Right now is the perfect time to get your life together. Hopefully these activities can help you feel a lot better.
